I enjoyed the hotel, it was superior and fairly clean. The breakfast was great, had plenty of food. The personnel were friendly and very attentive and made me feel welcome. The location was good, right by the centro, and important places, in a calm area. Ate at Los Cinco Panes, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Well-maintained room, everything was GOOD. The staff were very amiable and amicable all the time. The room with nice view. The breakfast had variety of good food and drinks.

The location here is great, in a quiet spot close to important places and easily accessible to local attractions, including a recommended restaurant, Los Cinco Panes, where we had a meal.

The hotel had stable and fast WiFi, which was easy to access. The location was convenient, situated between the old and new parts of the city, making it practical for business trips. Additionally, the breakfast was good and served early, starting from 6 am.
The facilities were starting to show signs of wear and could benefit from a renovation. The interior design and plumbing in the rooms needed maintenance.

It was a good business hotel. the room was well-maintained and included a shower and hairdryers. - the location was magnificent, next to Chihuahua and Retablo Restaurant. - It was also in the middle of Jackson.

This place is fairly clean with beautifully maintained rooms, has a marvellous location, nice view, and a really great stay with decent staff, a must-visit is the Retablo restaurant.
